Lisa spent so much time explaining the products, using the balm on my knee, and my sisters and I could actually see the swelling go down. The gummies were a great idea to figure out the strength of product I needed, and within 2 days, I had reduced my use of Extra Strength Tylenol from a minimum of 10 per day down to 4, and I have no doubt if I hadn't fallen and fractured a vertebra I would probably be using ONLY her products.
