How to take CBD Oil – Best Results

  1. Fill the dropper to the 1ml line. (Use less if you prefer a lower dosage.)
  2. Squirt the oil under your tongue and allow the oil to stay there for up to a minute before swallowing.
  3. Swallow any remaining oil.
  4. Tightly close the container and store it in a cool, dry place.
  5. Wait at least 30 seconds before swallowing.
  6. Repeat if necessary.
  7.  Store CBD oil in a cool dark place.
  8.  Keep out of reach of children.

Lisa spent so much time explaining the products, using the balm on my... knee, and my sisters and I could actually see the swelling go down. The gummies were a great idea to figure out the strength of product I needed, and within 2 days, I had reduced my use of Extra Strength Tylenol from a minimum of 10 per day down to 4, and I have no doubt if I hadn't fallen and fractured a vertebra I would probably be using ONLY her products.
