Lisa spent so much time explaining the products, using the balm on my... knee, and my sisters and I could actually see the swelling go down. The gummies were a great idea to figure out the strength of product I needed, and within 2 days, I had reduced my use of Extra Strength Tylenol from a minimum of 10 per day down to 4, and I have no doubt if I hadn't fallen and fractured a vertebra I would probably be using ONLY her products. How to take CBD Oil – Best Results

  1. Shake the bottle of CBD oil well before use to ensure that the contents are evenly mixed.
  2. Fill the dropper to the 1ml line. (Use less if you prefer a lower dosage.)
  3. Place the tip of the dropper under the tongue.
  4. Squirt the oil under your tongue and allow the oil to stay there for up to a minute before swallowing.
  5. Swallow any remaining oil.
  6. Tightly close the container and store it in a cool, dry place.
  7. Repeat as necessary.
