Lisa spent so much time explaining the products, using the balm on my... knee, and my sisters and I could actually see the swelling go down. The gummies were a great idea to figure out the strength of product I needed, and within 2 days, I had reduced my use of Extra Strength Tylenol from a minimum of 10 per day down to 4, and I have no doubt if I hadn't fallen and fractured a vertebra I would probably be using ONLY her products. 99.1% Cannabidiol Isolate

Suggested Use

Under the tongue without CBD oil:

Place a scoop of CBD isolate under the tongue. Hold for 45 to 60 seconds. Swallow any remaining

Under the tongue with CBD oil:

Place a half scoop of CBD isolate under the tongue. Squirt 1/2 to one full dropper of CBD oil on top of the isolate. Hold for 45 to 60 seconds. Swallow any remaining

Blend in a smoothie or protein drink:

Place one scoop into a smoothie or protein drink and blend well.
