Rich Hemp Extract (500 mg), Arnica Flower Extract, Sweet Almond Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Argan Kernal Oil, Blood Orange Oil, Marjoram Oil, Balsam Fir Needle Oil, Vitamin E essential oils.
Do not apply to an open wound.
Make sure the skin is clean and dry.
Place a scoop on your fingertips and rub them together to get the most out of the product. This will liquefy the balm and yield a more significant result.
Gently rub balm into the area for at least 1 minute.
Use as often as needed.
Store in a cool, dry place. The product will melt if placed in the heat but will become solid again when placed in a cool area.
